Orders are processed as soon as we receive them and production usually takes 24 hours with many items same day despatch. For larger orders and bespoke items, please contact us.
If you’ve placed an order online and wish to make changes, contact us and we will do what we can, providing production on the order hasn’t started.
We don’t accept returns for change of mind. However, if you’ve received a product that is damaged or defected in any way we will replace the item free of charge.

When your order is despatched we will provide you with a tracking number from the carrier used to ship your items.
Yes. Once your item has been paid for and shipped, our accounts team will follow up with an invoice. This will be sent to the email address you provided with your purchase.
